I have benefited hugely from free movement around the United Kingdom (Scottish mother, English father, born in one region, brought up in another, educated at Oxford in another, work in London in yet another) and believe that migration and free movement of people is both fundamental aspect of human character as well as the greatest single driver of human progress.
